Client Conduct

At Survive to Thrive Nation (STTN), we are committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for both our clients and practitioners.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of aggression, abuse, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

Verbal aggression or threats

Rudeness or disrespectful language

Sexist, racist or discriminatory remarks

Harassment of any kind

Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If a client engages in any of the above, their session will be immediately terminated, and ongoing access to services may be reviewed or discontinued.
