Collaborative Approach to NDIS Mental Health
We Work With Your NDIS Care Team
Navigating the NDIS can be complex. Managing eligibility criteria, coordinating supports, and aligning your plan with your child’s mental health conditions and development all add to this. At Body & Mind, we support families by working closely with your NDIS plan manager and NDIS support coordinators through collaborative care team meetings.
These meetings bring together allied health professionals, therapists, and support providers three months before a plan review. This allows proactive discussion and coordination of your supports. With a focus on capacity building, we help identify the right supports for a range of mental health issues, ensure funds are used efficiently each quarter, reduce administrative burden, and make the NDIS system easier to navigate and less stressful.
Our team-based approach helps you get the most out of your plan, ensuring everyone is aligned to support your child or loved one’s goals.
