Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance Policy

1. Late cancellation/non-attendance fees are charged to QPS in line with the QPS SelfRefer cancellation/non-attendance terms. In line with the QPS SelfRefer cancellation/non-attendance policy, should you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, or should you not attend your appointment, QPS may reduce your SelfRefer allocation of sessions accordingly.
