Throughout his years of experience, Alex has been trained in delivering various therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client Centred Therapy & Mindfulness Techniques. Alex looks to build rapport with all his clients through his humble & warm approach whereby he is known to bring a sense of humour to his sessions.
Alex is committed to working with his clients to help identify their strengths and create meaningful change. Often that change is supported by his ability to create a safe space & listen to each of his clients’ individual stories where he can use his experience & knowledge to help change that narrative. Alex himself is a veteran and draws on that experience to work closely with first responders and other veterans.

Ross Wall
Psychologist
Ross is an AHPRA-registered psychologist, full member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Association of Psychologists, with over 30 years of experience in clinical and forensic psychology. Ross is committed to guiding individuals through life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. His approach is integrative and client-focused, drawing on modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, experiential therapy, emotion-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, gestalt, existential therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodrama.
Ross has a particular interest in complex trauma, personality disorders, and high-risk offender assessment. He has provided expert psychological reports and testimony for the County and Supreme Courts and has worked with the Department of Justice since 2008. He has also led therapeutic programs for children and adults, including those impacted by or exhibiting problematic sexual behaviours.
A strong advocate for prevention and rehabilitation, Ross currently sits on the advisory board for the national “Stop it Now” campaign—a collaborative effort with leading Australian universities to prevent child sexual abuse.
Outside his professional life, Ross maintains a daily meditation practice, values daily exercise, and finds joy in time spent with animals and his family. His warm, direct approach empowers clients to engage meaningfully in the therapeutic process and create lasting, positive change.

Atu has worked with clients across the lifespan, supporting children, teens and adults within both the disability and mental health sectors. He draws on a range of client and family centred approaches and values a neuro-affirming lens when working with individuals and their support networks.
Atu has experience supporting people with a range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Schizophrenia, and other complex presentations.
He is committed to tailoring therapy to the unique strengths, goals and needs of each person he supports.
Outside of his professional life, Atu enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his beloved dog and cat. He finds inspiration in nature, travel, creativity, art, and music.
Atu is also the current President of Hope Tanzania Australia, a charitable organisation that focuses on health and education projects in under-resourced Tanzanian communities, an extension of his commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Marta’s mission is to help individuals and families achieve resilience, presence and inner self awareness. With more than 15 years of experience in clinical, academic and community-based settings, Marta has helped children, adolescents, adults and parents navigate complex psychological landscapes with depth and warmth.
Marta’s clinical and research work focuses on child and adolescent wellbeing, trauma and cross-cultural mental health, with a strong emphasis on preventative, relational and somatic approaches. Her therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and mindfulness-based programs including MBSR and Mindful Parenting.
