If you have an NDIS plan, we’ll review it to ensure our services are covered and tailor our support to your needs. (If you don’t have one, don’t worry — we’ll share other options with you too.)

Step 4: We'll Work With Your Support Coordinator

If you have a Support Coordinator, we’ll work with them to book your sessions, manage billing, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

WHO CAN ACCESS THIS SERVICE?

Our services are designed for children, adolescents, and adults seeking support with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, anxiety, stress, family dynamics, and much more. If you or your loved one is NDIS eligible, we can help!

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN NDIS PLAN?

If you don’t have a care plan or aren’t currently NDIS-funded, we also offer private psychology and counselling services through our network. You can still benefit from our expert therapists without waiting for approval.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PLAN MANAGER?

If you don’t have a Plan Manager, we’ll work directly with you to manage the billing and ensure your sessions are booked in a timely manner.

HOW SOON CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?

Once you complete the form, we’ll connect you with a suitable practitioner and can usually schedule your first session promptly — with no waitlist and access coordinated as soon as possible.

CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN TELEHEALTH, MOBILE & IN-CLINIC?

Yes, we offer both Telehealth, Mobile (School-based) and Face-to-Face options. If you prefer a mix of these delivery options, we can easily accommodate that. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

CAN YOU HELP ME GET AN NDIS PLAN?

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with the process of applying for an NDIS Plan. However, if you require psychological supporting documentation such as a Cognitive Assessment we can provide these services privately. If you need guidance on how to apply, we recommend speaking with a Local Area Coordinator or Early Childhood Partner.
