Support for Your Mental Wellbeing

Body and Mind is proud to deliver LME Care’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing employees with access to professional counselling and a range of supportive wellbeing resources.

In addition to counselling, employees receive complimentary access to Calm Premium and quarterly live education sessions designed to build practical skills and support mental health.

Our EAP supports employees across personal and professional areas, with a proactive focus on strengthening wellbeing, resilience, and long-term mental health.

How do I access the program?

All employees are eligible for three pre-approved counselling sessions to access support when needed. Following these initial sessions, if further support is considered beneficial, your practitioner may recommend up to three additional sessions.

Can I request additional sessions?

Any request for additional sessions is submitted anonymously for approval, and no booking details or personal information about your engagement with the service are shared with your employer.

How can I book my session with Body and Mind?

You can book your sessions at any time via the booking link, by calling 07 3305 5811, or by emailing info@bodymindonline.com.au. In addition to counselling, employees also receive access to a range of wellbeing resources, including complimentary access to Calm Premium and quarterly interactive education sessions designed to support mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
